In the 1940s, artists living in London and New York were the first to convert abandoned warehouses and industrial buildings into living quarters. What began as a low-cost solution at the time, is now considered a coveted living environment. A detached house near the city of Munich has been subject to industrial charm since the first design phase. Fine materials has been used for this project, large format glass facades, huge steel beams on walls and ceilings. The rules of industrial style are also respected with the choice of decorative lighting and furniture.
