Award "Auszeichnung zum Staatspreis 2011"
CEO Martin Steininger and his team are proud of the shortly received award at the austrian "Staatspreis Design 2011".
This Austrian well known award aims to paricularly excellent performances in design. The jury, which the famous industrial designer Prof. Dieter Rams was part of, awarded 50 nominees in the categories "Staatspreis Design" and "Auszeichnung zum Staatspreis".
In the category industrial design consumer products convinced the presented Betonküche10 of Martin Steininger. |

TRADE FAIR: 100 % Design London
“Design” was written all over London between the 22nd and 25th of September 2011.
The London Design Festival had invited numerous architects, designers and other design aficionados to exhibit their work.
steininger.designers was one of them. The main attraction was the one-of-a-kind CONRETEkichen, which attracted many visitors to the stand, who wanted to take a closer look at the unique kitchen and couldn’t resist touching it.
steininger.designers is very much looking forward to realizing more successful projects in England in the near future!

Opening Event beyond the ordinary 09|15
On Sept. 15th, 2011 close to 400 guests celebrated with Martin Steininger and his team the completion of the rebuilding of the steininger.designers headquarters and main production site in St. Martin.
The 400 m² show loft enables the visitors to view all the products in an amicable and very special setting. It inspires the interested viewers and transmits a unique feeling of well-being.
Piero Lissoni, one of the most important contemporary Italian designers, was amongst the guests who enjoyed the impressive designs in the backdrop of the sunny autumn scenery of the Mühlviertel.
Renata Bestetti, owner of Living Divani and Lorenzo Porro, from the label Porro arrived from Italy. Both of them have worked closely with steininger.desingers for many years.
The German design philosopher Volker Albus was definitely impressed with the architectural solutions and the creative implementation of the show loft.
Leo Hillinger provided his notable Austrian wines and Toni Mörwald’s catering team allowed the guests to indulge in culinary highlights. Both, Leo Hillinger and Toni Mörwald attended the glamorous event!

Trade FAIR: 100% DESIGN IN ROTTERDAM
The Van Nelle Company in Rotterdam hosted an extraordinary design event on their premises during 26 – 28 of May 2011. Amongst more than 100 exhibitors, steininger designers presented their CONCRETEkitchen 10 for the first time in the Netherlands.
Together with our new partner Jos van Zijl from Amsterdam , the CONCRETEkitchen 10 was successfully presented to the professional audience in Holland. The one-of-a- kind kitchen was very well received by numerous architects, designers, retailers, and by many enthusiastic customers who could visit on the last day.
The trade fair was at the same time a celebration of launching the cooperation between Jos van Zijl, Ontwerp Realisatie and steininger.designers.
The team of steininger.designers is very much looking forward to working together successfully in the future.

Project: "Deluxe at the Mur"
7 luxurious penthouse apartments are developed in the heart of Graz, in a well-protected building area, which has experienced a strong upswing over the last few years, also thanks to several admirable architectural innovations.
The new two-storied roof top apartments, located on top of the historical building, will be designed, furnished, and equipped with the interior design of steininger.designers.
Clear lines, sophisticated forms as well as refined materials will create a unique atmosphere of the living area.

Review "Eurocucina" 2010
We would like to thank all the visitors to the trade fair in Milan, where steininger.designers and their team presented themselves for the first time with overwhelming success. The sophisticated and effective presentation of three of their most important kitchens at their 120 m² trade fair stand convinced not only architects and representatives of the media but also the dealers.
The kitchen design is clear-cut yet highly functional and technically precise. The materials are unusual, and the quality standards are extremely high. All this, together with the love for detail drew the international public to the trade fair booth.

Project: "GRILLPARZER STREET"- Within walking distance to the city hall and the city hall park exclusive and one-of-a-kind residences are being constructed in one of the most sought-after areas in Vienna. The top floor of a beautiful historic old building from the turn of the last century is being renovated.
Exclusive living above the rooftops of Vienna: An architectural play: the existing old style building is crowned with new penthouses. The emerging urban living dream with its glas fronts, elegant glas towers, and wide open terraces is very much in line with the historic ambience. Project: "Living in Hietzing"
The respected former monastery of the Sacred Heart of Jesus sisters was converted into exclusive penthouse apartments, each of them with a square footage of 120 and 250 m2. The penthouse apartments are located near the Klimt villa between the Hietziger Hauptstraße and the quiet Wittegasse, just a four minutes walk to the subway station U4, stop Unter St. Veit.
The penthouse apartments offer green views to the neighboring gardens. The quality of life is high. Some of the places allow for a distant view towards the Schönbrunn gardens. Wohndesign Award 2008
People interested in sophisticated design and culture as well as high-profile business(wo)men and politicians gathered at the Viennese Hofburg Palace between the 16 - 19 October. At the dazzling opening we were awarded the "WOHNDESIGN Award 2008" for our kitchen presentation. The award stands for kitchens with the most exclusive designs and highest functionality.

FOR PILOTS anything goes!
"All of them make it down." This old aviation wisdom quote proved to be true once again at the 7th Red Bull flight day on 21 September. However, we did not expect to "fly" home the overall victory. The die was cast. Team spirit, creativity, and excellent performance on the ramp as well as in the air had helped the aviators that call themselves "Würfelflieger" to ensure victory.
"Incredible. We did not count on that one and we were not even sure until the very end if our construction will hold up. Now we are thrilled," says pilot Martin Steininger on behalf of his "Würfelflieger" crew. A team from Burgenland came in second with their "SG 38 Meets Red Bull Pigeon". The podium was completed by another Upper Austrian team, whose powerful super hero dressed in red and blue and with the name "Captain Hero" won the jury over.
